Please note that the Board staff will not share information about a case with anyone but the applicant, unless the staff has received explicit, written permission to share that information. This written permission must state whom the staff can share information with and must be signed and dated by the applicant. Status information will not be provided by e-mail unless the applicant has submitted an authorization form (the appropriate form is part of the application package).
