The Board is proposing two new rules: (1) a rule that prohibits ex parte communications and (2) a rule that allows for rehearing or review of good cause exception determinations. These proposed rules will be filed in the Secretary of State's Office on Monday, October 2, 2006. Once the proposed rules are published in the Arizona Administrative Register, the Board will wait 30 days for public comment before filing the final rules.
